What we collect when you book or create an account, what it is used for, who sees it, and how long we keep it.

We collect what the journey needs: the lead passenger's name, a contact name, an email address and a mobile number, your flight number and time, the pick-up and destination addresses, the number of passengers, the vehicle you chose, any extras, and any note you add.
An account holds your email address, your name, a mobile number if you give one, and your password — stored only as a cryptographic hash, never as text anyone can read. It also keeps your bookings so you can see them again.
If you sign in with Google instead, Google sends us your email address, your name and your profile picture, and nothing else. No password is created in that case. We do not receive your Google password and have no access to anything else in your Google account.
Arranging, confirming and carrying out your transfer, reaching you about a booking, and running your account. We do not send marketing email to addresses given here and we do not add anyone to a mailing list.
The driver carrying out your journey receives only what the journey requires: the passenger name, the pick-up time and place, the destination, and a phone number for contact on the day.
Where a booking involves a hotel or another supplier, the details that booking needs are passed to them, and only those. Nothing is sold, and nothing is passed on for advertising.
Booking records are kept while the booking is being handled and thereafter for as long as commercial and tax record-keeping obligations require. Account details are kept while the account exists. Ask us to delete an account and we will.
Unless you consent to more, this site uses only what it needs to work: a session cookie that keeps you signed in and protects forms against cross-site request forgery, and a record of your cookie choice so you are not asked on every page. Neither carries an advertising identifier.
If you press Accept in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages and routes people read. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. If you decline, the service is not loaded at all: no request is made to Google and no measurement cookie is written.
Once you accept, the cookies _ga and _ga_<identifier> are written, with a lifetime of up to two years. The data processed is pseudonymous: the pages you open, an approximate location at country or city level, device type, browser, and the page you arrived from. Advertising features are not enabled; the advertising and personalisation signals are explicitly switched off.
The basis for this is your consent. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States; Google relies on the Standard Contractual Clauses for that transfer and is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
You can change your mind at any time using “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. Withdrawing deletes the measurement cookies and stops the service loading on this device again.
You can ask at any time what we hold about you, and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. An email to johann@agnetours.com is enough — there is no form to fill in.
