Match your group size to the right vehicle

Agne Tours runs four vehicle classes out of Antalya Airport, sized so there's a clean fit whether you're a couple or a full wedding party. Here's how they compare.

Vehicle Passengers Luggage Best for
VIP Minivan 1–6 passengers 6 suitcases Family, couple, small groups, business
Minibus 7–14 passengers 14 suitcases Groups, multi-family trips
Midibus 15–24 passengers 24 suitcases Medium-sized groups, events
Coach Bus 25–45 passengers 45 suitcases Weddings, large events

Every vehicle in the fleet is air-conditioned and smoking-free, and child or booster seats are available on request at no extra cost — just mention it when you book.

Weddings and large family gatherings

For a full wedding party or a big multi-generational celebration, the coach bus is usually the right call — it keeps everyone together on one vehicle instead of splitting the group across two or three cars. For a mid-sized guest list, the midibus covers the same ground with a smaller footprint, which can be easier for hotel drop-off.

Company retreats and staff trips

Staff transfers depend entirely on headcount. A team of 15–24 fits comfortably in the midibus, while smaller departments or a leadership group of up to 14 are better matched to the minibus — no point paying for empty seats. Either way, luggage is rarely the constraint for business trips, so passenger count is the number to plan around.

Multi-generational family holidays

Two or three families travelling together often underestimate the luggage, not the passenger count. The minibus is built for exactly this — 7–14 passengers and 14 suitcases, so pushchairs, extra bags and holiday shopping on the way home all have somewhere to go.

Booking a group transfer

As with every Agne Tours transfer, the price for your group is fixed and agreed upfront by WhatsApp with Johann before you fly — no per-person surprises on the day. If your trip involves multiple pickup points, a large volume of luggage, or timing across connecting flights, just talk it through with him directly and he'll help plan the logistics around it.
