Kaleiçi lies around 10 km from the terminal, typically about 15 minutes by private transfer. Parts of the old town are pedestrianised and its lanes are narrow, so tell us your hotel name when you book and we will agree the closest practical drop-off point with you.

On a short run the clock is set less by the distance than by the time of day: the roads around the city are busiest at the start and end of the working day, and July and August add holiday traffic on top. Because we track your flight, your pickup follows your actual landing time rather than a fixed departure.

Choosing the right vehicle for Kaleiçi

Over a short ride, most guests simply pick the vehicle that fits the party and the suitcases:

• VIP minivan — 1–6 passengers and up to 6 suitcases; the usual choice for couples, families and business travellers.
• Minibus — 7–14 passengers; multi-family trips and smaller groups travelling together.
• Midibus — 15–24 passengers; medium-sized groups and events.
